Welcome to Viramatic. By accessing or using our service at Viramatic.cc, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Viramatic, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Viramatic provides a web application for video creation with YouTube and TikTok integration. The service requires Google authentication and may include:

  • Video creation and editing capabilities
  • YouTube and TikTok upload functionality
  • Integration with Google and TikTok services

3. Account Terms

To use Viramatic, you must:

  • Have a valid Google account
  • Provide accurate account information
  • Be responsible for maintaining account security
  • Notify us of any unauthorized account usage

4. Subscription and Trial Terms

Our subscription terms are as follows:

  • Billing occurs monthly
  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time
  • Refunds are prorated
  • For failed video creations, refunds are provided only in the form of video credits
  • AI-generated content (images and videos) are non-refundable once generated
  • Credits used for AI-generated content cannot be restored, regardless of satisfaction with the results

5. Platform Integration Terms

When using our platform integrations:

  • You authorize Viramatic to upload videos to your YouTube and TikTok accounts
  • You remain responsible for compliance with YouTube's and TikTok's Terms of Service
  • You maintain ownership of all uploaded content
  • You can revoke YouTube access through Google security settings at any time
  • You can revoke TikTok access through Viramatic settings or TikTok security settings

6. Moodboard Images and User Responsibility

Regarding moodboard images made available in the app:

  • All moodboard images are provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties of ownership, licensing, or right of use
  • Viramatic does not claim ownership of these images and cannot guarantee their copyright status
  • We strongly recommend replacing moodboard images with your own properly licensed content for commercial or public use
  • You assume full responsibility for any use of these images in published content
  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Viramatic from all claims arising from your use of these images
  • Viramatic bears no responsibility for copyright or legal issues resulting from their use
  • You agree not to redistribute, sell, or licence any moodboard images outside videos created within Viramatic
  • Viramatic reserves the right to remove any image at any time

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue features without notice
  • Make changes at our discretion
  • Consider user feedback when modifying features

8. Data Storage and Account Management

Regarding your data:

  • We store basic user information (name, email, user_id) and created videos indefinitely
  • No confidential information is stored
  • To delete your account, email support@viramatic.cc
  • We do not maintain backups of user data

9. Usage Terms

Usage of Viramatic:

  • No daily or monthly usage limits apply
  • Account sharing is permitted
  • Commercial use is allowed

10. Service Interruptions

In case of service interruptions:

  • We may provide free video credits as compensation for extended downtime
  • No monetary compensation is offered

11. Intellectual Property

The Viramatic name and logo are protected trademarks. Users retain rights to all created content, except for AI avatars.

Any AI avatars created using Viramatic become part of Viramatic’s shared asset library. By creating an avatar, you grant Viramatic and its users a perpetual, worldwide licence to use, modify, and incorporate these avatars within the platform.

12. Legal Jurisdiction

Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where Viramatic is established. Claims must be filed within 24 hours of the relevant incident.

13. Age Requirements

While we do not enforce strict age restrictions, users under 13 years old should have parental consent.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted to this page.
